Membership Application

The membership year runs from January 1 through December 31 of each year. Persons who make payment from October 1 of the prior year will qualify for Chapter membership until December 31 of the following year.

To apply for Membership in the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, please completely fill out the form below and then send your check made payable to Orange County ACFE to:

Please Note: The ACFE requires membership of the ACFE as a prerequisite to full chapter membership. If you wish to be a Chapter member but are not a member of the ACFE, you may join our Chapter as an Affiliate Member (at the same price as non-CFE associate members of the ACFE). Affiliates of the Chapter shall not be, nor represent themselves to be, members of the Chapter, shall have no Chapter voting rights, and shall not be eligible to hold any Chapter office.

Membership Incentive: If any person is interested in becoming a member or affiliate member for the first time and joins by the 2nd Chapter meeting of a calendar year, then that person shall receive one free Chapter luncheon (to be taken prior to the end of that same calendar year).

This Membership Application together with proof of payment shall serve as an invoice issued by the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. If this Membership Application is not accompanied by proof of payment, then it SHALL NOT be regarded as an invoice. Please note that in order to be regarded as a member of the Chapter, both this Membership Application as well as payment must be received by us.
